Q: What milks and oils can be used when making the pancakes?
A: Any that you would like! We have tried various milk alternatives including oat, coconut, and almond milk-- and they each work well! We have also used olive, avocado, canola, and coconut oil.
Q: Will these pancakes bubble like typical pancakes when cooking?
A: These are veggie-packed pancakes and therefore denser, so they may bubble slightly, but not much. We recommend flipping once the bottom half of the pancake is firm.
Q: Can the mix be used in other recipes?
